FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Cannabis is a herbal product that is made from the Cannabis plant. Cannabis contains hundreds of chemical substances. More than 100 chemicals, which are known as cannabinoids.

While experts do not have a strong understanding on all types of cannabinoids, they have a good understanding of two of them in particular: cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).

CBD is a non-intoxicating compound found in the cannabis plant, which means it won’t get you ‘high', unlike its cousin THC.

Although CBD has been used to help with a variety of health aliments, such as inflammation, pain, anxiety, and stomach issues, CBD is at times dismissed since there is very little data/research to back up the product's health benefits.

This hasn't stopped CBD becoming increasingly popular within the wellness community over the years, as more and more people are realizing the product's healing properties.

CBD comes in a variety of forms. We sell CBD in the form of:
- Topicals
- Tinctures
- Edibles
- Vape pens
- Soaps
- Bath bombs
and more! Visit our product page for more information.

Since everyone is different and everyone uses CBD for different reasons, it really depends on the individual; however, if you are just starting out, we recommend 5-10 mg if you've never taken CBD of cannabis, and gradually increase from there.

If you are taking CBD for medical reasons, please consult your doctor or medical professional before consuming.

There are several key differences between THC & CBD:
- THC is psychoactive, whereas CBD is not (CBD does not give you a high like THC does)
- THC is typically sourced from marijuana, whereas CBD is typically sourced from hemp
- THC stimulates a sense of euphoria, whereas CBD is grounding
